The un-cured resin can irritate your skin and with repeated use\, can sensitize your skin\, which in some people\, can give allergic dermatitis. Limited skin contact is recommended. we do use gloves and ventilate the studio by leaving the door open during class. Furthermore\, many curatives have a powerful odor\, however the resin we use has only a low odor and is applicator friendly. If you are highly sensitive to chemical odors this class may not be right for you. If you have concerns over the safety of the resin product we use in the studio\, we recommend you research the brand Unicone Art Resin and make your best judgement on whether this class or product is right for you.
